Queensland Tennis Centre

The Queensland Tennis Centre at Tennyson in Brisbane was officially opened on 2 January 2009.

The $82 million state-of-the-art facility is set to put tennis in Queensland back on centre court after a decade on the sidelines, following the closure of the Milton Tennis Centre in 1999.

In January 2009 the inaugural Brisbane International was held and is set to be an annual event at the centre.
