Q150

Queensland celebrates its 150th birthday throughout 2009, with events happening across the State.

A Colonial Brisbane Heritage Walk was launched on 12 May 2009. The Walk is an internet-based audio guide to the historic State Government precinct in George and William Streets, Brisbane. It is a joint Q150 project by the Department of Public Works and the Department of Environment and Resource Management.

Queensland State Archives has delved into the records to plan an exciting Exhibitions and Events program to celebrate 2009.
