Building Policy Unit

The Building Policy Unit (BPU) helps Queensland Government departments to deliver enhanced services to the community through better management of building assets.

BPU advises departments on asset management issues affecting the life cycle management of buildings. These include capital investment planning, building procurement, tendering and selection of contractors and consultants, maintenance and disposal of building assets.
