Contract management, in-house horticultural and cleaning services

QBuild provides a range of building facilities management services to the Queensland Government.

These services include:

Contract management services: provided to clients statewide in the area of implementing service contracts for cleaning, horticulture, waste management, pest control and hygiene services, ongoing performance management of contracts and consultancy services

In-house horticultural services: provided directly to clients in through the use of in-house employees. Professional advice is provided to government facility owners on indoor and outdoor horticultural investments, landscaping and plant hire. QBuild also provides expert advice on health and safety issues, climate and soil conditions, as well as plant selection and work practices.

In-house cleaning services: provided directly to clients in Brisbane and Townsville through the use of in-house employees for facilities where there is a high requirement for confidentiality and sensitivity. QBuild also provides expert advice on workplace health and safety issues, materials and equipment.
