Printing
The Department of Public Works delivers high quality printing and creative services through the Queensland Government printer, Goprint.
In mid 2009, a whole-of-Government Print Management Unit within the Department of Public Works will become operational. The new unit will coordinate all government print procurement.
Under the new arrangement, Goprint will be substantially restructured so that it is able to operate more cost effectively. Goprint will continue to print all Reserved Services as core business, and will also be able to compete for additional work from the Print Management Unit.
