Our Works Division ensures that the Queensland Government makes the best use of its built assets.

Works Division provides expert advice to government on all asset management issues. It establishes guidelines and provides independent expert advice and support to agencies on strategic asset management.

Services include strategic asset reviews, accommodation strategies, value management, capital investment planning, physical asset strategic plans and feasibility studies.
